About David S. Mendelson

Birmingham attorney David S. Mendelson concentrates his law practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, business litigation
and family law.

 

Mr. Mendelson attended the University of Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance degree in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate/law degree, with honors, in 1992.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year and admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1995.

 

Mr. Mendelson is also a former chair of the Oakland County Bar Association’s Circuit Court Committee and has also lectured extensively on various matters including trial strategies, substantive legal issues, administrative law, and technology in the courtroom.
